Verifying the Paper with IEEE PDF eXpressTM

After review process all accepted papers must have to be checked by the PDF eXpress. Workshop on eStream’20  has registered to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate and verify the format of all papers submitted. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function from MS Word, LaTeX) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

Steps for checking or converting PDFs using IEEE PDF eXpress:

  1. Write your paper(s) according to templates given in previous section.
  2. Proofread and check the layout of paper(s) (it is highly recommended that you do this before going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
  3. Create a IEEE PDF eXpress account for eStream’21 ID 53087X
  4. Login to IEEE PDF eXpress.
  5. Upload source file(s) for Conversion to PDF file(s), or your PDF(s) for Checking.
  6. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to obtain and check IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s).
  7. And finally submit the final, original text format file and IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s), by email(s) below.

Papers have to be submitted by e-mail: darius.plonis@vilniustech.lt
